Welcome to the AiArthritis Blog!

Resources and guidance by those with lived experience our peers (those diagnosed, their support network, and the undiagnosed)

We don't represent the patient voice, we are the patient the voice - and this is our blog!

It's managed by our Community Awareness leaders, Kelly Conway, non-radiographic axial spondyloarthritis and Eileen "Chronic Eileen" Davidson, rheumatoid arthritis. In addition to Kelly and Eileen, content is also submitted by staff members, volunteers, and community members who are affected by our diseases. Whether it's cutting edge research, disease education, or inspiring stories, you'll find it here.

Gifts that are perfect for any budget It’s often a challenge to find the perfect gifts for everyone on your holiday gift list. It can be even more difficult when the person you are shopping for has an Autoimmune or Autoinflammatory arthritis (AiArthritis) disease. Some people living with AiArthritis diseases struggle with everyday chores while others are homebound. All live with pain and fatigue. Finding the perfect gift for someone who may be struggling physically is not only thoughtful but can be helpful as well.

Support is necessary for persons living with AiArthritis diseases, but also it's important to consider the needs of those in our support network (family, significant others, friends) whose perspectives, concerns, and feelings also need to be considered. So AiArthritis is starting a tool to help support networks improve communication - and we invite YOU to help us continue building it!
