Kaylee Harper joins AiArthritis as a Public Policy Assistant for Patient Organizations and Coalitions. She is deeply passionate about understanding how health conditions affect diverse communities and using research and policy engagement to expand fair and inclusive healthcare access and improve outcomes for those most impacted.


Kaylee’s commitment to health equity is reflected through her primary research experiences at North Carolina Agricultural & Technical State University, University of California, Berkeley, and the Harvard Business School, where she examined how social, behavioral, and organizational factors influence health outcomes and broader access to opportunity. She has also collaborated with various nonprofit organizations to further develop her understanding of policy advocacy and strategies that strengthen inclusive healthcare systems.


She earned a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology with a Minor in Entrepreneurship from North Carolina Agricultural & Technical State University, where she mentored students, curated volunteer initiatives, and participated in impactful community engagement efforts. With a strong commitment to patient-centered advocacy, Kaylee is excited to contribute her research and advocacy experience to support individuals and communities impacted by autoimmune and autoinflammatory conditions.


Outside of work, Kaylee enjoys reading, volunteering, and spending time exercising outdoors with friends.
