Sometimes a car needs a little duct tape to hold it together, living with AUTOimmune arthritis (lupus & sjogren’s) ,the tools that help to hold me together are my eye drops, compression gloves & sunblock. #DriveAwareness #LearnArthritis
Eileen - Person living with Rheumatoid Arthritis
From high heels and late nights to sore joints and early signs—my body knew before I did. The pain in my feet, ankles, and knees wasn’t just the cost of dancing the night away; it was my first clue that autoimmune arthritis was taking the wheel.
Much like a car that starts showing warning lights, my body gave me signals I didn't yet understand. Now, debilitating fatigue and inflammation have reshaped my life, but they haven’t taken my spirit.
For #WorldAiArthritisDay, I’m sharing my journey—because early recognition matters. If your body’s warning lights are flashing, don’t ignore them.
