Jean E. Rightmire is an accomplished nonprofit leader, grant strategist, and program architect with more than three decades of experience securing transformative funding, strengthening community-based initiatives, and advancing equity across local, state, and national platforms. Known for her ability to turn complex ideas into actionable, high-impact programs, Jean has secured millions in public and private funding for organizations in sectors including transportation, social services, education, health, and human rights.

Development Trainer, Jean has dedicated her career to empowering individuals and communities—especially those historically marginalized—to build assets, expand opportunity, and achieve long-term stability. Her work reflects a deep commitment to social justice, trauma-informed practice, and inclusive program design.
