Join us for the 2nd Annual Race-A-Thon -- a fun, family-friendly, AUTO-themed AiArthritis disease awareness and fund-racing event! The Race-A-Thon is a high-energy event featuring indoor remote-controlled car racing, raffles, giveaways, and community education and celebration.
Attendees will have the chance to race cars*, win prizes, and learn more about and support our work to DRIVE meaningful change for those impacted byAiArthritis diseases. Although this event will take place in St. Louis, Missouri, there will be opportunities to support the event from afar.
We’re thrilled to connect with the local community and expand awareness about our patient-driven programs and resources.

*Note:
Only those who purchase a team race car will race in the official Race-A-Thon tournament at the event. However, all attendees can interact with remote-controlled race cars at the event in a non-competitive setting.
How to Participate
There are many ways to support the Race-A-Thon, both in person and virtually! All funds raised help advance AiArthritis’ mission to fund innovative research and raise awareness.
Note: All sponsored remote-controlled race cars will be donated to people diagnosed with juvenile
AiArthritis diseases in the St. Louis area after the event.

Race A Car
Sponsor a remote-controlled race car for $250 and compete in the Race-A-Thon tournament at the in-person event! Winners advance through heats for prizes and bragging rights. Company advertising and other benefits.
Note: There will only be 24 official race teams, but other attendees will have the opportunity to race in a non-competitive setting.

Can I still participate if I’m not local to the St. Louis area?
Yes! We offer many ways to participate, including virtual options. Become a sponsor, start a virtual “fund-racing” team, and more! To learn more about virtual opportunities, email AiArthritis Director of Development Jean Rightmire at jean@aiarthritis.org.
Do I need to be present at the in person event if I purchase a race car?
No, although you’ll miss out on all the racing fun! We will designate another event attendee to race in your place.
Can I start a peer fundraising team?
YES! This is a great option for groups looking to maximize their donation contribution. Are you part of a group that might be interested in crowdfunding or hosting a fundraising event? Can my company purchase a car or become a sponsor?

Are there any other ways that I can contribute to the Race-A-Thon?
