Shared-Decision Making Clinical Trial Tool

Helps patients and their care partners weigh pros and cons of clinical trial participation. BEFORE an office visit, DURING an office visit, or AFTER an office visit. Patient-peer mentorship/guidance available.

Patient Activity Menu - Waiting Room/Infusions

Patient activities to help pass the time in the waiting room or during infusions. It has QR codes that lead to different pages on our website that have activities such as submit a rant, listen to our talk show, educational and fun puzzles, and more!

Same as above, but meant to be displayed in waiting rooms, infusion centers, doctors offices for people to scan the QR code to gain access to all activities without having to hand out a paper.
