    Post Structure:


    • Title: Keep it concise (15 words max)
    • Subtitle: One clear sentence describing your main message
    • Summary: A brief overview (50 words max)
    • Author Bio: Include a paragraph about yourself with relevant social media links
    • Length: 700-1,500 words
    • Social Media Promotion: How would you promote this on social media? Please provide one short paragraph about your post, your social media handles for tagging and any hashtags you wish to include. 

    Visual Elements:


    Include 1-3 high-quality images with your submission, or note if you'd like our team to select appropriate visuals from our photo bank!
