AiArthritis Involved Still's Disease Research

When the International Still's Disease Foundation (ISDF) dissolved into AiArthritis in 2017, we proudly took on the responsibility to do all we can to learn about advancements in Still's Disease research, teach patients about that research, and connect those affected by Still's Disease to opportunities to be part of research (both as the research team and as a research participant).

Our CEO, Tiffany Westrich-Robertson, was selected as the lead Patient Research Partner (PRP) in the new OMERACT* Adult Onset Still's Disease Working Group.  Over the next several years, the team will work to identify disease areas patients feel are most important to study in research.

Patient-Led Still's Brochures

After conducting focus groups with persons affected by Still's Disease, we worked with advisors from the Center of Autoinflammatory Diseases to develop the 1st patient led disease brochures & emergency/specialist #MyStills cards.

Early Symptoms of AiArthritis Study

In 2013, AiArthritis worked with the ISDF and other nonprofits to conduct a large, global study on patient-reported early disease symptoms. We have been using this data to lead efforts in early detection and diagnosis.
